Positions Hiring For: Production, Retail, Office
Job Descriptions:
Retail:
1. Cashier: Runs cash register and if not on cash register helps out in the different areas of the store, depending on where the Retail Manager assigns them and what is needing done.
2. Loader: Needs to be able to lift up to a 100lbs. Helps with the heavy items with retail, such as loading of mulch, trees, shrubs, and other items.
3. Sales Floor Associate: Helps with guests on the sales floor. Other duties may include: watering, stocking, planting, and helping out in other areas of the store if needed.
Production:
1. Transplant Line: Works in the back to transplant plants into different size containers. Other duties include: Helping to water and helping out in different areas of production.
2. A to Z House: This is our annual house. Duties include helping guests with annuals, watering, stocking, and helping out in different area's of retail and production.
3. Other production: Duties include: Helping to stock retail areas, taking care of back production houses, watering, helping guests, and helping out in other areas when needed.
Office:
Duties Include: Answering phones, checking out wholesale guests, faxing, data entry, making signs and banners, mailings, cash register, flyers, copying, emails, filing, and anything else that needs to be done.

1. Can I fill out an application online?
No, we do not have applications online. You will need to come to the office to fill out the application.
2. Can I take the application home with me?
No, you will need to fill out the application here at the office. Please be prepared to spend at least a 1/2 hour to 45 minutes filling out the application.
3. Can I use a resume in place of the application?
You can bring a resume with you, but you will still need to fill out an application.
4. How old do you need to be to work here?
We hire 16 (need to be 16 as of January 1, 2011) and older.
5. How do I get to the office?
Park in front parking lot and enter through front door of store. Head straight back to back of store. Cream colored door.
6. Will there be training?
Yes, if you are hired we will train you for the job you will be performing.
7. Do I need to call back to see if I am going to be interviewed?
Please once you fill out an application Do Not call the store asking if we have looked at the application. If we are interested we will call you and set up an interview.
8. When do you start interviewing?
We will start setting up interviews late February.
9. Do I need to bring anything with me when I come fill out an application?
Yes, Please bring three references (not-related to you) their names, phone numbers, addresses. Work history (if applicable) the company(ies) name, dates worked, address, phone number, and supervisors name.
